Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
  • with Fiber, Granulated
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pancake and baking mix
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients until blended
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium heat
3. Pour1/4 cup batter per pancake into skillet
4. Cook until pancake surface begins to bubble.
Flip and cook until done, about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes
