Ingredients
- 1 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 cup organic light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup organic sweet and salted butter
- 1/4 cup organic peanut oil
- 1/4 cup organic medium amber maple syrup
- 1/2 cup freshly ground organic honey roasted peanut butter
- 1 cup organic freshly ground plain peanut butter
- 2 large organic eggs
- 1 T. Tahitian vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups white whole wheat organic pastry flour
- 1 bag soy free chocolate chips

Step 1
1.Gather all ingredients. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine sugar through vanilla. Using an electric mixer with whisk, beat on high for 2 minutes.
3. Add baking soda and salt. Mix for 30 seconds.
4. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time, mixing throughly on medium until combined.
5. Add chocolate chips to dough mix with spoon.
6. Spread dough in a jelly roll pan. If that is not available, use a cookie sheet
7. Bake for 13 minutes.
8. Remove from oven. Cool. Slice in to bars.
9. Enjoy with a cold glass of almond milk!
