Ingredients
- 8 oz. kielbasa sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4" thick slices
- 1 onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 carrots, diagonally sliced
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 cans (19 oz. ea.) lentil soup
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano

Preparation
Step 1
Coat large pot with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa; cook, stirring, until browned, 4 minutes. Remove kielbasa. In same pot over medium heat, cook onion, carrots and celery, stirring occasionally, until just softened, about 4 minutes. Add soup, tomatoes with their juices and kielbasa. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
