7-Up Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 box 3.4 ounce box instant lemon flavored pudding mix
• 1 1/2 cups 7-up
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Let cool and remove from pan and place on a wire rack.
Drizzle with lemon icing. (confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice mixed until smooth)
