Ingredients

  • 3 onions, diced
  • 4 large stalks celery, diced
  • 1 head cabbage, grated
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cans cut tomatoes
  • 2 cups rotel tomatoes
  • 1 large can of V-8 juice

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onion and celery npammed pan.
Add water, bouillon and cabbage.
Cook until cabbage is crisp crunchy.
Add tomato
Heat thoroughly.
Do not boil.
Refrigerate.
