Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 2" balls. Arrange in a shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain. Spoon sauce over meatballs and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 42 meatballs.
Sauce:
16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottled chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Makes 3 cups.
