Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 cup low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 package (16 ounces) poundcake mix*
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 package (12 ounces) miniature chocolate chips
- 1 can (12 ounces) whipped cream cheese frosting

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*. Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a liquid measuring cup, combine chocolate milk and red food coloring.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cocoa powder and eggs. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Add chocolate milk mixture and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl frequently. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake on wire rack.
Remove cake from pan. Rub sides to loosen any crumbs. Collect crumbs and set aside.
Frost cake with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with reserved cake crumbs.
