Macaroni and Cheese with Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, plus 1 cup
- 1/2 cup American cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. macaroni or rigatoni pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray. In large pot over medium heat, mix soup, milk, American cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 lb. of cheddar, stirring until cheeses melt.
Remove pot from heat; stir in cooked and drained macaroni. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheddar over top. Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
