Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan, heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer, take off heat.
2. Stir in berries, pour into a bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
3. Drain berries, reserving steeping liquid.
4. Place sugar in a shallow dish, add berries, rolling to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet, let stand at room temperature until dry, about 1 hour.
Notes: OVERNIGHT
really very good and quite easy. Also looked beautiful. Part of NYD open house - kids inhaled them.
