Ingredients
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T finely chopped parsley
- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t chopped fresh marjoram
- 1 t chopped fresh oregano
- 1 t chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 3-4 lb. Pork top loin roast (double-loin, tied)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place bread crumbs in a shallow pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once, or until dry. In a bowl combine breadcrumbs and herbs. Toss with butter. Remove netting from roast, tie roast in several places with twine if necessary. Pat mixture onto pork loin. Place in a roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer. Cover loosely with foil.
Roast for 1 1/2 hours, remove foil. Toast another 30-60 minutes unti thermometer registers 150 degrees. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes before carving. The temperature will rise to 160 degrees upon standing.
