• 2 C flour
• 1 T baking powder
• 1 T sugar
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 egg
• 1 C milk
• 3 T butter
• 1 1/2 C cubed sharp cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Blend together egg, milk and butter. Add cheese to blender and grind. Add dry ingredients and mix only til smooth. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 400 deg for 25 minutes.
