Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 325 degrees for 30 minutes - makes 12
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 C finely chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 C oil
- 1/2 C milk (soured with 1 tsp vinegar)
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Directions: Combine sugar, oil, egg, sour milk and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, salt and soda. Add rhubarb & nuts. Pour into Pam sprayed muffin tins or greased and floured.
Sprinkle topping on top of rhubarb batter. Bake 325 for 30 minutes
