Swordfish Steaks
Pancetta

Step 1

Herbs de Provence mixed with olive oil brush onto the kabobs.

Cut up swordfish into cubes and wrap pancetta around everyother piece of fish and then brush the herb/oil mix onto fish/pancetta/bacon.

Then grill.
