Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 2 - 6 oz. cans (or 1 14 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, and skin and bones removed
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tea. snipped fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salmon, celery, green onions and pickles.

In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill. Add to salmon mixture; toss to coat.

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Serve as a sandwich filling or on mixed greens.
