Cups butter, softened
Oz. Asiago cheese, shredded (2 Cups)
Cups walnuts, finely chopped
Cup raisins, finely chopped
Tsp white pepper
Cups all purpose flour
10Oz pack Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
In a large bowl combine butter, cheese, walnuts, raisins & pepper. Beat with mixer until combined. In a separate bowl mix flour and dressing mix. Add to wet ingredients a little at a time until combined. Divide dough into three portions. Shape each portion into a log about 8" long. Roll each log in ground black pepper. Wrap in plastic wrap & freeze until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1/4" slices and bake @ 350° about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
