Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 16 oz. powdered sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp. almond extract
- 3 cups plain flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add almond extract and flour. Mix just enough to blend. Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Serves 8 to 10.
