Ingredients
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 5 cup zucchini, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1-1/2 cup prepared rice
- 2 cps shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, zucchini, and garlic until tender. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients together. Add onion mixture. Spread into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through about 25 minutes.
