Step 1
Combine 1/2 c tahini (sesame paste), 1/4 c warm water, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp mirin (rice wine), 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger. Can add more water if too thick. Let stand 30 minutes before servicing to allow flavors to meld. Will last up to 3 weeks if stored in air tight container.
