Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 4 burgers.
2. Heat grill.
3. Place patties on grill rack, grill until done - about 4 minutes per side.
Notes: These were outstanding! Used ground turkey and still came out wonderfully moist.
