Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup mashed banana
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grease 1 large loaf pan.

2. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients, then bananas, nuts and sour cream. Mix well.

4. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.

This was great banana bread! Nice and moist. Used 3 bananas, and subbed buttermilk for half of the butter.
