Ingredients
- 1-10 ounce frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 1/2-8 ounce cream cheese
- 3 tsp bottled roasted garlic
- 3 dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach according to package direction. Drain well and press out liquid. In medium pan combine milk, olive oil, roasted garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until cheese has melted and mixture is heated through out. Stir in spinach. Serve chilled or warm with crackers.
