Ingredients
- 1 box lemon flavored cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon flavored pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1 tbs lemon zest
- 1 tbs powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven 350* Coat 2 loaf pans with flour- In a large bowl blend cake mix , pudding mix, sour cream, oil, and eggs on low speed. Increase and beat 2 min. Add poppy seeds and zest and beat until distributed. Divide between pans. Bake for 48 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 min. Turn loaves onto rack and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
