Slow Cooker Asian Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 1 Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner
- 2 Pounds pork tenderloin roast
- 3/4 Cup salsa
- 1/2 Cup honey roast flavored peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Hot cooked rice
- 1/4 Cup cashews, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Step 1
Place slow cooker liner inside 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Fit it properly to the bowl.
Place pork in slow cooker.
Mix salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Pour over pork and replace lid.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.
Carefully remove lid to allow steam to escape.
Spoon rice onto serving platter.
Remover pork from slow cooker using slotted spoon and place on top of rice.
Gently stir sauce with plastic or wooden spoon; spoon sauce over pork.
Sprinkle with cashews and green onions.
Cool slow cooker completely and remove liner and toss.
