Meat-Loaf Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tablespoon catsup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
• instant mashed potaoes for 4 servings
• finely shredded sharp chaddar cheese
• paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except last 3 and press into 8" pie pan.Bake in preheated 350 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Pour off most of liquid.Prepare potaoes as directed on labet and spread ob top of meat.Sprinkle with cheese and put in back in oven about 10 minutes longer.Sprinkle with paprika.
