Ingredients
- 1 - 20 oz. can Crushed Unsweetened Pineapple
- 1 - 1 oz. package Instant Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1 - 15.25 oz. can Unsweetened Fruit Cocktail, drained
- 1 - 11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, drained
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
2. In a bowl, whisk together reserved juice and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick).
3. Stir in the pineapple, fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges.
4. Fold in whipped topping.
5. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
