Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 2 pkgs. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups low-fat sour cream, divided
- 1 Tbsp. Santa cruz Chili Powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh-roasted green chilies
- 2/3 cup Santa Cruz Green Salsa
- .
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup sour cream and chili powder and blend well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Fold in chilies.
Pour into a 9" springform pan. Place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Combine remaining sour cream and green salsa. Spoon over top and return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for 24 hours in the pan.
To serve, run a knife around edge and remove the outer side of the pan. Place on a platter and garnish with avocado slices, bell pepper and cilantro.
