No-Cook Pizza Sauce

We prefer the softer textrue of canned whole peeled tomatoes here, however, diced canned tomaotes can be substituted in a pinch.

- 1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained, juice
- reseerved
- 1 tblsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Pulse the drained tomaotes, oil,m garlic, and salt together in a food processor until coarsely ground and no large pieces remain, about 12 pulses. Transfer the mixture to a liquid measuring cup and add the reserved canned tomaot juice until the sauce measures 2c.
