Ingredients
- 2 cups kefir (we prefer our homemade coconut kefir)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- very large handful of fresh mint
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 about 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin (optional, but we love it)
- 2 packets of stevia (we use SweetLeaf, although use your favorite sweetener)
- Here are some other variations we have done that we absolutely love just as much.
- add 1-2 small cucumbers
- and/or
- add 1-2 tsp spirulina
- and/or
- add1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
- and for extra protein boost
- add 2 tbsp hemp seeds
