Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns dices
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounce sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups corn flakes crushed
- 1 stick margarine melted

Preparation
Step 1
Partially thaw hash browns. Melt margarine in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour off excess and set aside. Mix ingredients together, except corn flakes and remaining margarine. Stir well and pour in casserole dish. Top with corn flakes, then drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes
