Halloween Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 tbs butter
• 3 3/4 cups oats
• 3 eggs
• Mix ins [choose one of the following]
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup peanuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup candy coated chocolate
• 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup pecans
• 1 cup chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*. Beat sugar, peanut butter, margarine until creamy. Add eggs, baking soda and vanilla, mix well. Blend in oats and mix ins. Drop by1/4 cup several inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes then remove.
