Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons cold water

Step 1
Mix flour and salt; blend in oil thoroughly. Sprinkle with all of water; mix. Gather into a ball. If too dry, mix in 1-2 Tablespoons more oil.
SINGLE CRUST:
Use 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup oil, and 2 Tablespoons water.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
