Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine, divided
- 3/4 cup Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in 1/2 stick of margarine. Place chicken and margarine in Pyrex dish. Dab 1/2 stick of margarine around chicken. Mix wine, worcestershire and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350º for 1-1 1/2 hours.
