Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 2 small cans tomato sauce
• garlic salt
• 5 green onions
• pepper
• 12 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
• 1 small pkg. cream cheese
• 1 carton sour cream
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onions; pour off grease. Add next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles and drain. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Grease baking dish. Layer noodles, cheese mixture and meat; repeat layer; top with cheddar. Can make ahead and refrigerate. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º, or longer if cold.


Can be frozen. Freeze before cooking.
Makes 1 long Pyrex dish or 2 square ones.
