Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oat flour (puts oats in food processor) (grain)
- 1/2 cup whole oats (grain)
- 1/2 cup pecans (fat/protein)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (fat)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 6 heaping TBS xylitol
- 1/2 cup almond milk (veggie/protein)
- 2 eggs (fat/protein)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (fat)
- 1 small zucchini shredded (veggie)
- 1 carrot peeled and shredded (veggie)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients and then all wet. Add together. Put into a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper on the bottom of pan.
Bake a 350 for 40 minutes.
