Ingredients
- 30 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (6 medium cloves)
- 1/2 to 1 lemon, cut in wedges

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine lamb with spices.
Refrigerate and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Move oven rack to highest position and preheat oven to 500 degrees.
On a large baking sheet, arrange chops without overlapping.
Bake for 2 minutes.
Remove from ove, set on a heatproof surface and turn each chop over.
Bake for 2 minutes more.
Using a sharp knife, cut into popsicle.
Transfer to platter and squeeze lemon juice over the popsicles.
