Ingredients
- 16 oz broccoli, chopped
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
- 2 (10oz) cans cream of mushroom soup (or 1 box of TJ’s)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- 3 ⁄4 c mayo
- 1 c sour cream
- salt/pepper
- 1 ⁄2 t curry powder-optional
- 1 ⁄2 c dry white wine-optional
- Topping: 4 slices loaf bread – cubed
- 4 T melted butter
- 1 ⁄4 -1⁄ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Step 1
Microwave broccoli for 2 mins. Drain & place in sprayed 11x7 casserole. Top w/chicken pieces. In bowl, stir remaining together well.
Spread soup mix evenly over broccoli & chicken. For casserole topping, combine bread, butter & Parmesan & sprinkle on top.
Bake casserole in 350’ oven for 40 mins.
