Ingredients
- 1/2 (15 oz) pk refrigerated piecrusts
- 1 8oz pk cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare piecrust in 9" pie plate per package directions.
Fold under edges and crimp.
Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt at medium speed until smooth. Pour mixutre into pie crust. Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans.
Whisk together corn syrup, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar & 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over pecans. Place on baking sheet on lowest oven rack. Bake 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until pie is set.
On wire rack completely cool. Chill up to 2 days.
