Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab claw meat
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 4 (8inch) loaves french bread or 1 large loaf

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Carefully pick through crab meat to remove any shells
Combine crabmeat, cheese, onion, salt & pepper in bowl, gently mix mayo in.
Spread mixture generously over sliced french bread
Place on baking pan and bake 15 minutes or til hot and bubbly then place under broiler til golden brown.
