Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 box butterscotch instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the first 6 ingredients together [the flour down to the butterscotch pudding] in a large bowl. Beat well and add eggs, oil, water and vanilla flavoring. Pour half the batter into a 9x13 inch pan. Top with 1/2of topping mixture. Pour remaining batter and topping. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
