Ingredients
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- little lemon juice
- little sugar
- tsp cinnamon
- milk and butter mixture
- 1 1/2 C flour
- tbsp sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 stick butter
- chilled water

Step 1
Add flour, sufar and salt to food processer and pulse to mix.
Cube 1 stick butter and chill.
Add butter to mixture and mix.
Add a couple tbsp chilled water to mixture and mix until dough balls up.
Pour dough directly into tart pan and spread.
Cut up apples.
Add a little lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon and toss.
Spread apples on crust and brush with butter and milk mixture.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
