Ingredients

  • White Sauce:
  • 8 oz. pizza dough
  • Cornmeal, for dough
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. White Sauce
  • 3 meatballs (2-3 oz each)
  • Chopped cooked bacon for topping
  • Chopped Canadian bacon for topping
  • Chopped ham, for topping
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 8 oz. yelow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbs. chopped garlic
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 quart whipping cream
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 8 oz. grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch nutmet
  • 2 Tbs. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

For sauce:

Add butter, onion and garlic over medium heat and saute until the onion is translucent. Stir in the flour and when it starts to bubble, whisk in the chicken stock and remaining ingredients. Remove from the stove and let cool.

For pizza:

Preheata oven with a pizza stone to 500 degrees.

Sprinkle cornmeal on a clean surface and roll out dough to form a 10-inch round. Sprinkle the back of a sheet pan with cornmeal and place pizza on top. Spread with white sauce and then top with broken up meatballs, bacon, Canadian bacon and ham. Bake until cooked through, golden and crispy, and sauce is bubbling, around 15 minutes.
