  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chili with beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray.

In bowl, combine chili and salsa. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir together muffin mix, egg and 1/3 cup water; spread over filling.

Bake until golden and bubbly, 20 minutes.
