- 6 large cucumbers
- 4 large onions
- 2 large red peppers
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 Tablespoons pickling salt
- 1 Tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 Tablespoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
- 2 cups vinegar
- 5 cups sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Chop vegetables. Add salt and let set overnight. Drain and rinse; drain.
Add remaining ingredients in large pot with vegetables. Cook until thick. Pack in sterilized pint jars. Seal with hot lids.
