Ingredients
- 1 cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 pounds red potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) smoked ham, chopped
- 2 c. shredded cheddar divided
- 1 c. frozen peas

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, ham, 1 3/4 c. cheese and peas; stir gently to coat all ingredients.
Spoon into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until casserole is heated through and potatoes are tender.
