Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 3 lb. chicken pieces
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken to marinade sauce, coat well. Cover tightly and let stand in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
In a plastic bag combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Drain chicken pieces, reserving marinade sauce. Shake chicken in bag.
Preheat 1/2 cup oil in electric skillet, uncovered at 325F. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Combine reserved marinade with a 6 oz. can of tomato paste and 2 tablespoons sugar; mix well. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 1 hour or until tender, turning chicken several times while cooking.
