Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- S & P
- 2 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream

Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into 1" strips. Saute the chicken quickly in the heated butter and oil. Remove to a warm plate.
Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and cook over a brisk heat until soft. Stir in the wine, garlic, boullion cube, S&P, and corn starch with the 2 Tablespoons water.
Bring to a boil. Add 2 Tablespoons sour cream and the chicken. Reheat. Check seasonings.
Serve with/over noodles.
