Potatoes Deluxe

This recipe is for the usual hash brown potato and cheese recipe. Wouldn't be a Bernick party without it.

Ingredients

• 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed for 1/2 hour
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1 pound carton sour cream
• 8 ounces grated sharp cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 stick of butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
