Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup scalded milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Topping:
  • 12 oz peanut butter
  • 2 8oz Hershey bars

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Cream eggs & sugar. Add vanilla and mix.
Sift together flour and baking powder. Mix together milk and melted butter. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to creamed eggs/sugar.
Batter wil be thin. Pour into greased 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Topping:
Microwave peanut butter and spread on cake while still warm.
Melt chocolate and spread over peanut butter. Cool before serving.
