Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
Mix all together in a bowl, pour into large storage bag (I use 1 gallon size), place chicken in bag with marinade and let set over night.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or grill and serve!
*This delicious marinade can be used with chicken in Cycle 1 or with chicken or beef in Cycles 2 and up.
