Ingredients

  • 6 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c butter
  • 1 1/3 c evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semisweet choc chips
  • 12 oz milk choc chips
  • 13 oz marshmellow cream
  • 2 t vanilla
  • chopped nuts, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter & evaporated milk in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for five minutes at 234 degrees.
Remove from heat. Stir in chocolates until melted. Stir in marshmellow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat til well blended. Pour into greased pans. Cool at room temperature.

Hint: cut or score fudge while still warm in pam for easier cutting later.
